Travel time - My clients are spread out over Eastern Canada and Europe, so the time to get to a specific location can be considerable.

Time spent on location - I don't really record my time once I get to a location. My only goal is to get the best photos possible, whatever it takes.

Photography expertise - I created my own photography workshops when I lived in Warsaw, Poland. Transmitting knowledge is one of my biggest passion.

Post-editing and retouching expert - I have more than 10 years of experience in post-editing photos with Lightroom, Photoshop, Exposure, and many more.

Certified drone pilot - I have passed the exams required by Transport Canada to fly drones safely and according to the regulations.

Video production - I can make beautiful video montage of your location either on the ground or from the air.

Top-class customer service - I was a software manager liaising directly with executives and CEOs of the most important world wide organisations for 14 years. Trust me, I know what customer service should be like. Test me.

Professional photo books - I design high-quality photo books in case you want to sell souvenir photo books to your clients.

Real estate photographers usually show up for 2 hours, spray the location and pack up. Their photos are meant to be temporary until the property is sold. They try to fit up as many properties in a day as they can. They also usually charge very little for their services which is a strong giveaway.

What I do is quite the opposite. I don't really record my time once I get to a location. I always take time to genuinely connect with people, scout the area, know the history of the location, examine details, analysing where the sun rises and sets to optimize the shots, etc. I never hesitate to climb trees, crawl under dark places, get dirty, go the extra mile to get the dream shot I have in my head. It's an obsession to wow my clients. I most importantly take the time to understand the real needs of my clients. Do you want snapshots or real artistic photography? There is a different price tag attached to both.

Here is an example of a timeless shot. It took almost 2 days to plan.

Like all pro photographers, I never deliver photos in RAW or TIFF format unless you buy the full copyrights. Depending on the client's needs, I deliver the photos in JPG. If the client needs photos for his/her website only, I will send the photos ready for web display. I can also create another version of the photos for printing purposes at a high resolution.

I use Pixieset to share the photos with my client. From there, it's very easy for clients to choose their favourite photos and send them back to me.

Eastern Canada and Europe.

1. Before I even set foot on your property, you need to know what you want exactly. Do you want to replace all of your pictures on your website, or you just want a few pictures for printing? How many pictures do you want? Do you want aerial photos and videos?

2. Once I have a feel of what you want, we can decide on a date for the shoot. What is the best time of the year to shoot your property? Summer, autumn, winter, spring?
   

3. Once a date is agreed upon, I will ask you to prepare your property if need be. The location needs to be tip top. Make sure the rooms, the gardens, etc. are how you want them to be. If there is exterior lighting, make sure all of the light bulbs are functional if you want to have night photography. I do bring lighting gear on the premises but yours might already be perfectly adapted for your property.
   

4. Before going any further into the project, I require a 300 $ deposit.
